Ben Fairfield
Ben Fairfield is a national speaker, coach, and leadership trainer with over 10,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience. He has had the privilege of working directly with the founders of Keller Williams, eXp Realty, and RE/MAX, gaining unique insight into what drives real estate success at every level.
As a certified coach and speaker with both SUCCESS Coaching and the John Maxwell Organization, Ben has trained and certified coaches across the globe. He has led some of the largest and most productive real estate offices in the country and continues to hold his real estate broker’s license.
Today, Ben travels the country helping agents, teams, and brokerages grow their businesses and strengthen their leadership. He lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with his wife and three sons.
